We're having a heat wave...a tropical heat wave

Apparently, this song was sung by Marilyn Monroe! And if you're too young to know who that is, please look it up. This song was also sung by Ms. Ella Fitzgerald. Another singer you should investigate if you don't know her.

But yes, here in Kekaha and all the way to Poipu, it is HOT. But still enjoyable. And we have lovely stars and planets (Venus, Jupiter) in the morning.

And we have God's rays peeping out of the clouds.
And yes, waves, too. I saw tow-in surfers this week!

The kind of sprinkler I used to love to run through.
Heron awaiting prey.
And miles of straight road.
I guess this blew out of someone's car. I picked it up and brought it to a beach park.

Nice clouds

And even better with palm trees.

A great yard, totally filled with orchids.

Palm tree and below, cactus.

Crabs dug up mounds of sand, leaving little hills near their holes.
Plastic trash. Picked it up and disposed of it correctly.

Niihau in the morning light.

Moorhen

More trash...missing the Barbie, though.

The clouds were amazing. Have a wonderful week.
